By accessing or using ZoneBot, operated by NR Labs ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including our Telegram bot, website at zonealpha.xyz, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

ZoneBot is an informational tool that provides:

• Token detection and narrative analysis for Solana blockchain tokens
• Smart wallet tracking and on-chain activity monitoring
• SURGE/DROP signals based on wallet activity patterns
• KOL (Key Opinion Leader) portfolio analysis
• Token scoring and risk assessment metrics

The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You also represent that you are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where the use of cryptocurrency-related services is prohibited or restricted.

4. User Accounts and Subscriptions

The Service offers different subscription tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) with varying features and access levels. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected tier.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing and features with reasonable notice.
• Your subscription may be terminated for violation of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NR LABS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT; OR (V) ANY TRADING LOSSES OR FINANCIAL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION FROM THE SERVICE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NR Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by the use of any such third-party content, goods, or services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NR Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and NR Labs regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and us.
